    Younger Guys Starting Out

Hey guys, I am a 20 year old college student who let the freshman 15 turn into the freshman 40. I currently weigh 280, I want to get down to 210. I was wondering if there were other younger guys out there trying this thing out too?

Yeah I'm 20... currently 283 was 288 when I started Alli a couple of weeks ago. It is a program that can definitely work for young guys, just gotta remember to keep under your fat grams per meal and watch the calories. It really isnt what you CAN'T eat on Alli but what you can, because you basically can have whatever you want, albeit in moderation.

What I did right away was cut off all soda. If I do beer it will be light beer, and not much since beer has a lot of calories. Avoid fried foods as much as you can. Set one meal a week to cheat, mine is on a Sunday and I find that this helps.

Yeah dude, I'm 20 and at 240 right now. I balooned with the freshman meal plan combined with a broken leg. Trying to get down to 200 at a minimum.

whats up fellas, im also a younger guy on the plan, 18 yrs old, started out 240, down to 235 a few weeks in.

The plans kinda hard as a younger guy, with social life and all that, but this stuff works if you stick it out.

    also,

i found it helpful to only focus on cardio when excersizing. many suggest a balance between cardio and muscle building, but muscle=weight and I was using alli to lose weight so I decided to go solo with cardio until I reached my goal, then start building up muscle.
