    Need some Milk ideas

     Hi All,

on my plan I should be consuming 2 milk exchanges but I'm not a fan of drinking milk.  Any ideas on how to fit this into my diet without resorting to drinking milk?

    Thanks!

Have you thought about using a yogurt in place of milk? Or try some fat free half N half and add sugar free coca.

Low-fat cheeses or yogurts are good alternatives.

I get my milk through my breakfast smoothies in which I include milk and yogurt.

Smoothies (fruit, milk or yogurt and ice in a blender) are a great idea.  So is making tomato soup with milk...and in the summer it's great chilled.

I'm not a big fan of plain milk either, so I eat yogurt (I just discovered the Fiber One Key Lime ones) or fat-free cottage cheese. HTH!

These are great items to include -- especially during the summer.  They're very refreshing!  Nice to pair up with fruits too, and the summer goodies (cherries, plums, nectarines etc.) are rolling into the markets at pretty good prices.

Ovalitine is good to add to milk, if you'd rather drink chocolate; low cal, ff and has tons of vitamins and stuff.

I'm in nursing school...I'm supposed to look tired!

I use FF milk to make instant chocolate pudding or any flavor.  Stir in some FF cool whip for a cool dessert.
