Nita47, that sounds very healthy. I have pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in powder form that I used to add to water a lot last year. 1/4 tsp. has 1000 mg vitamin C, or 1667% of the USRDA, and it will dissolve in a small glass or in a 2 liter bottle of water or other mixed drink. Thanks for reminding me to have that again. I don't know what to do about adding flavor though; I don't mind water one bit, and tea is nice, but yes, it certainly can stain one's teeth. Crystal Light would mix in well with the vitamin C too for those who enjoy it all the time or even occasionally.
And as for my favorite flavor, it's been over 15 years since my Crystal Light days, but I think they had a pink grapefruit flavor that I really enjoyed a lot.
