Air-popped popcorn and pretzels are two things to try.  I'm sure others will have lots more for you!

What about oven roasted almonds...the kind with cinnamon & brown sugar.

Just a small handful, I swear.  I love them.

That's fine.  If using as a snack just have a few.  We recommend keeping snacks to nor more than 2 or 3 grams per snack.

If you really must have potato chips... Kettle Brand Potato Chips makes a baked lightly salted chip that is only 3 grams of fat per serving of 1 ounce (which comes out to about 20 chips). When I get a bag I immediatley divide the portions into sandwhich baggies so I can grab and go without over indulging by "accident".

Good idea!  Lay's makes a Baked Potato Chip variety too, and probably a few other companies.  Baked chips are a nice alternative.

Hi!  I am new to the alli program.  Yes, the kettle chips are good and low in fat.  I can't stand Baked chips!  They taste like eating a piece of paper.  Will I be ok with pretzels?  I don't see where pretzels are included as a snack on the menu.

I am sure pretzels would be ok. You can find them fat free too. Just keep in mind they usually are loaded with salt. Moderation is key. Pre-package into snack sizes and you prevent over-indulgence.

Pat my too die for snack is pork skins do you know of anything that has that kind of crunch without the fat?  I am new to Alli and need the late evening crunch.  I never eat alot of them but I do crave the crunch.  I have a thyroid problem so sodium is a problem for me.

    Re: Salty cruchy snack craving???

That's a tricky one because they don't have a reduced-fat version of pork rinds and eating too much fat in a snack - too close to a meal - could contribute to TE's

I'd suggest some of the it items above because you can get pretzels with no salt; or make your own air-popped popcorn and control the amount of salt you add.

    Hope that helps.
