    Anyone try Laughing Cow Cheese?

I love the Laughing Cow Light French Onion cheese with my baby carrots to dip in. They come in nicely individual servings wrapped up. I stuck one wedge and some crackers in a bag for my hubby's snack this morning.

Yup I"m a huge fan of laughing cow cheese. I was getting so tired of using no or low fat mozzerella and I dont like the taste of the fat free cheddar. I can accross it and I usually spread it on my sandwiches during lunch. a little goes a long way!

Re: Anyone try Laughing Cow Cheese?

I used to use the laughing cow cheese until I found Alouete's spreads. They are wonderfull and low fat.  I have the light sun dried tomato, that taste great on roast beef sandwiches (I use a leaf of romaine lettuce instead of bread) and the light cucumber dill that taste great on ham. I'm a big fan.

I love Laughing Cow cheese spread on two Rye Crisp crackers with sliced cherry tomatoes for breakfast sometimes. I'll add a serving of yogurt and some fruit and I'm good to go.

Re: Anyone try Laughing Cow Cheese?

When I make mashed potatoes, I use broth but to give it the creaminess that the milk gives it, I will put in a couple wedges of laughing cow cheese.  Depending on the amount of potatoes you might need more.  But for my husband and me, I will use 2 wedges.
