    microwave popcoren

I am confused by the label on the bag.   The label states: Serving size 2tbsp. (makes 3.5cups popped)

    Servings per bag 2.5

    calories  2tsp unpopped 140    Per 1 cup popped  30

calories from fat unpopped 30   popped 5

    total fat 3g

How many calories am I consuming if I eat the entire bag of popped corn?  How many grams of fat?

    Re: microwave popcoren

If there are 2.5 servings per bag it looks like that = 8.75 cups of popped corn.  And 8.75 x 30 calories = 262 calories.

It's not clear to me from your note if "total fat 3 g" is per serving, or per cup, etc.

    I hope this helps.

    Re: microwave popcoren

I would recommend snacks not exceed 2 or 3 grams of fat.  Otherwise, if eaten too close to meals TE's could result.  This small bag looks good!

The small bag is what i eat.  It lacks a bit in flavor, so i add the I can't believe it's not butter spray to it for a little buttery taste, no fat or callories in that spray.

With God as my guide, I will succeed.

    That's a good suggestion too!
