You have to have patience! Remember it took a while to put them on, it's going to take time to take them off. Keep going and it will happen.

Mmmm...jelly rolls! I saw the title and got excited thinking it was going to be a recipe for jelly rolls...

if you find out how to get rid of them, let me know!! I was about 128 at one point (before my last son) I was super skinny, but still had a tummy pooch. I think maybe I lost it to fast last time. So hopefull, slow, steady weight loss will help...

Tummy pooches come from still having a layer of fat under your skin, even it if is less than you had before. To really get rid of that takes a lot of work and getting your BMI pretty low.

Were did you get this contour belt?  I'm just feeling bad this morning.  Trying to get ready for church and it seems like everythign shows off this belly roll that I have.  I do cardio, but is there any other exercises I should be targeting for this?

I ordered it from their website ~ http://www.thecontour.com/Home/Testimonials/tabid/79/Default.aspx.

    It REALY works!

    I also use the MFC & Wii & Treadmill & Pilates/Yoga.

I love this ~ I am being called gorgeous from strangers ~ SO nice to hear!!.....but I still looks at myself in the windows of stores in the mall and get sick - 22lbs lost...MORE to go!

..."gotta get get".....tha Boom Boom POW!...move your hiney and it will drip off!!!

    GOOD luck!
