We are what we think, what we say and how we act.
All that we are manifest in our thoughts, words and actions.
Because THOUGHTS become WORDS which become ACTIONS which become CHARACTER.

With them, we make our world what it is.

Haha - That is pretty cool that radishes are zero calories what are you doing to make them appetizing? ;) That is what the inquiring minds want to know! :) I kid. Personally I love celery but I believe that it is a few calories. However like a radish it is considered a "negative calorie food" due to it taking a bit of digestive work to process it. Here is a list I found online, lets discuss if they could be true :)

    Asparagus Apple
    Beet Cranberries
    Broccoli Grapefruit
    Cabbage Lemon
    Carrot Mango
    Cauliflower Orange
    Celery Pineapple
    Chile peppers Raspberries
    Cucumber Strawberries
    Dandelion Tangerine
    Endive
    Garden cress
    Garlic
    Green beans
    Lettuce
    Onion
    Papaya
    Radishes
    Spinach
    Turnip
    Zucchini

Because these foods are very low in calories, they are sometimes called "free" foods or "zero" calories or whatever.  In the alli plan we count ALL calories.  You'll see most of these food listed in the alli Nutrition Logs, and you can also get the nutritionals at www.calorieking.com

    I hope this helps.
