I registered & entered my code # from my 90 day starter pack & was ready to enter the "get coupon" but was told to update Java, which I did. The system rebooted & I can't seem to find out how to return to the 'get coupon' section. Any advice????????? Sandra

 I was not able to get my $10.00 discount coupon as well.  I sure would like to have it. I am updated too. Thanks for any help.

 I have tried every thing i know to do and i can not get my coupon! guess i lost out... that is not right! someone said log out and start over as you are not a member and try it again ....well that did not work cause it says you are already a member. If any one knows how please let me know, i could use the discount.  Thanks!
