Yes, it sounds like you're off to a good start -- and very enthusiastic! Motivation is very important.
My only comment is that this item contains 820 milligrams of sodium. The recommended amount is 2,300 mgs., or less, per day. Some people tend to retain water when they have too much sodium, and that hides a weight loss. So keep your eye on your total DAILY intake of sodium.
