    I start tomorrow (Saturday)

Technically, Saturday is here now as it is 1:45 AM but I am still up from Friday so technically I start when I wake up. I just wanted to let everyone know that while preparing for my new Alli journey I grabbed an Egg White Turkey Sausage Flatbread Breakfast sandwich and it was so good! I was surprised, because I have had them off and on since the product launched, even when I was not thinking about Alli. Today was the best I have had yet. Call it coincedence, that I finally started liking the crazy diet food but I have to say it was the best and after thoroughly reviewing all the nutritionals it falls well into the Alli guidelines. I am looking forward into incorporating this into my bi-daily work breakfast. I also plan to grab some portable fruit cups to compliment them to add extra nutrients. I am happy. I can't wait to start. I know I am going to do great on this diet.

    Re: I start tomorrow (Saturday)

Sounds good. Congrats! Stick to it and it will pay off. Those eggy turkey sausage flatbread breakfast sandwiches sound really good too. I am happily thinking about food all the time, but not touching it (imagery substituted for taste) he he. Happy dieting!

There is never a legitimate reason to eat when you are not physically hungry or to eat past satisfaction. --Susie Orbach

    Taste everything; finish nothing.

You keep food from going to waste by putting it on your waist.

You can't eat now to satisfy a hunger yet to come.

There is no trying; only doing. There is no becoming; only being.

Yes, it sounds like you're off to a good start -- and very enthusiastic!  Motivation is ver important.

My only comment is that this item contains 820 milligrams of sodium.  The recommended amount is 2,300 mgs., or less, per day.  Some people tend to retain water when they have too much sodium, and that hides a weight loss.  So keep your eye on your total DAILY intake o sodium.

    Good luck!
