I've had my oven now for about 2 weeks and I got to tell you, I just love it! I've been modifying my recipes more than using recipes out of the instruction booklet but I have cooked a whole roasted chicken twice and both times it was excellent. I also tried cooking a steak from frozen and that was fantastic too. I've cooked mock fried shrimp (turned out better than in the oven), frozen french fries (perfect), and both a regular baked potato and a baked sweet potato (both turned out great). I find that because I can just pull something out of the freezer without thawing it, it helps me stay away from the fast food restaurants when I'm pressed for time. Let me know how you like yours.
