I've been keeping up with taking the pill at every meal, but I've lost nothing. I even gained a pound. I getting frustrated because I been eating 800-1200 (once or twice it dipped lower) calories and my fat calories is way below the recomended amount. I've been drinking plenty of water 8 to 10 glasses a day and I included a multivitamin. I excersie an hour or more a day, by walking and doing the wii fit. Any help as to why the scale is going the wrong way?
