Just a little bout me: I'm 24, Engaged and have a five year old son from a previous marriage. No other kids, just my one. I have two dogs: one German Shepherd and one Shorkie. My son also has a guinea pig ;) I currently work for in an office which consists of sitting ALL day long...so I probably end up sitting about 11 hours a day. I am also a nursing school student, starting here in just a couple weeks. Spent over a year 1/2 on the waiting list and finally got placed, so I'm very excited about that.
Like is very busy for me....I am constantly doing soemthing from the time I wake up til I go to bed...so I don't have a lot of extra time it seems to do anything...and that will only get worse in a couple weeks when school starts.
I previously lost about 40 pounds back in early 2007...I went from 219lb down to 186...and it only took me six months to pack it all back. I lost the weight because I restricted my calories like crazy and was over deprived or pretty much everything...so I went on a binge of nothing but fast food for months and months. So here I am starting again...this time with the knowledge of what not to do, so that this time will be successful for the long term :)
