    alli meal plan

Hello, I was unable to see my individual first meal plan, the loading wheel is spinning and spinning but no results.  My question: do you have a meal plan that doesn't involve following recipes? I would rather eat the same meal for five days than shop and follow a recipe. I would rather clean a toilet than cook. I don't think a meal plan that has three different meals and two different snacks and a different plan everyday of the week is helpful. I need something I can prepare in less than 10 minutes and doesn't take a lot of ingredients. I looked at the sample meal plan, what am I supposed to do with all the leftover groceries that are needed to prepare all those different meals? Please help. Thank you.

    Re: alli meal plan

It's fine for you to make your own menus!  Many people do.  There is also a "recipe" forum where people share comments and recipes in different categories.  For instance, there are message boards for "breakfast," lunch" "latin recipes", etc.

If your familiar with the Exchange System (see section 5 of the Healthy Eating Guide included in the Starter Kit) you'll see the different groups, and choices within each one.  Also check p. 18 for a chart of how many exchanges to have from each group - at each of the alli calorie levels.

Be patient!  The alli Program is like learning any new activity...remember what is was like learning to drive?  It takes a little time and then it becomes second nature.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you need anything else.
