    Any paramedics?

     Hey everyone....

I have been a paramedic for 9 years...we work 4 12 hour shifts/week.  Just wondering how well alli works when you are stuck in an ambulance away from the bathroom, have no time to sit down and eat a proper meal, are always on a go, and well you know....all that fun paramedic stuff.  Any words of advice?

    Thanks

    Re: Any paramedics?

    Hi Milmedicgirl,

I am sorry that you haven't found any other paramedics on here. You can use the search command on top to see if anyone has posted on any other boards and you can also try the personal experiences board to reach more people. You will see from others on here that it is possible to make this plan work with a hectic schedule. It's going to take some creativity on your part and lots of planning. The key is going to be to reach your recommended amount of calories and fat. Try to plan ahead for what you will consume. If you are going to eat out then look up fat and calories for the places that you can choose from. When you are really stuck you can use meal replacement bars and/or shakes to help you stay within your calorie goals.

    How does this sound?
