weekends are hard for sure. maybe incorporate more veggies and fruits and lots of water and don't forget the exercise and stay busy with housework, gardening, reading, knitting, posting, etc... things that keep you busy and your mind off eating or grazing.
i'm realizing my weaknesses like going to family get togethers and vacations. i'm really limiting myself to the get togethers for now b/c there is so much food and stress there. they treat me rather weird/odd/nasty sometimes so i don't need that and for vacations i seem to get a mind set where i think i can eat like no tomorrow and rationalize that i'm on vacation. so i told my sis before i can come see her, was supposed to in october, now i'm putting it off till march till i get my weight under control. thankfully she is understanding. she has a weight dilemma like me.
this upcoming weekend look at it as a challenge and meet it head on and take back your control. Mix things up and change things around. My husband and i on saturdays take our kayak and canoe out to a new lake, which is so great. then we come back and have a healthy breakfast with turkey bacon. it is so delicious.
good luck to you. let us know what happens.
what exercising program do you do? walking is good.

p.s. i have a challenging weekend coming up; going to our 20 acres, like camping and the eating isn't the greatest but we're bringing salad fixins in a cooler and my apples, gotta have my apples. they fill me up and give me fiber. woo hoo. a gal needs that.
