    Chicken Tacos

This is another favorite chicken recipe for me. I know we all eat a lot of chicken, so I thought I'd share this one too. It's VERY filling. I usually have two of these and leave out the Avocado, even though it's very tasty when I do use it. Depends on how hungry I am, and if I think I'm gonna have a late-night snack attack if I don't eat enough dinner.

    Seriving Size : 1

    Ingredients
97% Fat Free Burrioto Size Tortillas - 2.5g of fat, 130 cals
    1 Chicken Breast - 4*g of fat 120 cals
[seasoning for chicken - Garlic Powder, Cajun Seasoning, Mrs. Dash Original Blend]
    3 Large Mushrooms, sliced
About half of a small bell pepper (green or red)
    A few slivers of onion
    Lettuce
    Tomatoe
    1oz of Avocado (2-3 thin slices, or 2 tbsp) - 50cal, 4.5g of fat
Salsa or Taco Bell Taco Sauce*

11g of fat, roughly 330 cals.
If you leave the Avocado out, you can have two tacos, for:
12g of fat, roughly 550 cals

I cook my chicken in an indoor forman "fat burning" grill. You can grill it, or cook it in a pan with Pam, as well.

    Directions
Thaw and heavily season chicken to taste, both sides, and cook.
Throw mushrooms, pepper and onion into a small sause pan with a bit of Pam and cook on med. heat while covered until mushrooms are soft.
Cut up a bit of lettuce and tomatoe, just enough to go in the taco.
Sliver avocado. Be careful and follow the serving size, because they're loaded with fat. It is, however, great fat - avocado are VERY healthy for you.
Microwave Tortilla for 20-25 seconds, just to heat it up.
Once chicken is done, cut into small strips.
Put everything on your tortilla and wrap it up!* Fat-free Ranch dressing makes a great condiment to eat this with.

*Chicken breast varies from 1-4g of fat per breast. Mine is 4g.

*Taco Bell Sauce in a jar. You can buy it in the "taco" section at walmart. The little packets work too, though, if you've got them lying around.

*I reccomend wrapping a papertowl around the end of these. It just makes life so much easier when you're trying to eat. I for the life of me can't fold a taco right, and end up making a mess if I don't wrap it.
