    Completed my first week

     HI Everyone,

    I just completed my first week with Alli. I lost 5 pounds. I litterly held my breath when I got on the scale (usually my worst enemy) this morning. When I saw the loss I was amazed - and psyched enough to keep going. Thanks, Alli

    Ikenn10,  Good job.  I just finished my first month.  I am down 10lbs and am still motivated.  The boards are a great way to keep each other on track.  Good luck and keep posting, Lynn

     Congrats to you! I started about a week ago and I am down 2 pounds.  I am very motivated though so we shall see what happens!
