    First day...

     But this isn't my first time to lose weight... I started at 300 pounds about 18 months ago, and lost 30 pounds in 11 weeks.  I even created a youtube video chronicling my weight loss..

    I maintained that for  a few months, but then I let myself slip back up to 285.  Last thanksgiving I started working again and Got myself down to 260 by the end of february.

    Then I hit a wall... I got down to 255, but the weight came back for no good reason, and I have hovered between 258 and 261 since then.  Even though I watch what I eat, and probably sweat off 1000-1500 calories a week on the treadmill

    So that why today I bough alli, to try to get me over the 250 hump.  My Dr recommended it to me, and says it really works.  I already dont eat much fat, so I'm hoping the side effects will be minimal.

    My first goal is 250, after that... I just want to keep bringing down my gut.

     it's been about 4 weeks, and I made it to my 250 goal.  I'm going to keep going, but I'm questioning if the weight loss is because of the alli or because of my new low fat diet.  I'm probably only eating 20-25g of fat a day, and only about 1200 calories.

    I'm taking the alli, sometimes up to two or three at a time. I have had no side effects at all

     6 weeks, 15 pounds.  

    I'm only taking the alli when I eat a meal that contains more than 10 g of fat.  That only happens 3 or four times a week. Breakfast and lunch are fat free
