    this was a hard week for me

    I just stop counting and ate whatever I chose to and drink lots of wine. Today I trying to get back on track so I woke up

    exercised and ate a bowl of oatmeal. I don't want to fall off track again besides I can't afford to keep messing up.

    I expect that we all have those weeks- way to go for recognizing it, and coming up with a plan to get back on track! That is a success to be proud of :)

    Hi Stefpatcole,  I guess we all mess up at some time or another.  I have been slowly falling off the wagon myselt.  I don't know if I got bored or what??  I have been on Alli for 6 weeks and it has been working pretty well.  The last week has been a real struggle.  All we can do is get back on track.  Just remember that every day is a new opportunity to get it right.  Changing life long habits takes a lot of time and patience.  Good luck and keep posting so I know how you are doing.

     Hi Stefpatcole!

    You are definitely not alone.  The last week or so have been really hard for me as well.  I quit my job on July 5th due to a hostile work environment, and so I have spent every spare moment looking for another job.  I have not been counting fat/calories at all, and also have been eating some not so good stuff.  I don't plan on giving up, I just need to get myself out of this slump.  Let's stay in touch and keep each other motivated.  We will succeed.
