I am scared when I read about the TE's. I started last night with a pill but no bad side effects. This AM, I had a bowl of raisin bran and skim milk. As I did not eat too many fat grams, I did not take a pill. Is this correct? Should I take a pill only when I eat 15-16 fat grams with a meal or thereabouts? Must I take in that much fat with a meal- I can eat very lean when motivated as I am now. Mostly, I worry about the TE's and that keeps me from eating badly.
