    Hey Russ,

I started this diet about two and a half weeks ago. I went on a three day trip, cheated some; but am back on track. I do not have a scale to really tell you if I have lost any weight or not. Ihave ordered one, but it is not here yet. I have tightened my bel two notches in the last couple of weeks. So, I suppose that is a good thing.

    Russ,

I suppose it does. But, try not to. I have been amazed with the quality of the recipes. I ahve only been in this for three weeks now, but I can already see that "thinking" about you food selections is very important.
