Yes, that's fine. When you do your weekly check-ins you can select a vegetarian menu. You can also make your own menus but looking at some of the Sample Menus for your calorie level and substitute vegetarian items for those you'd like to change (for instance instead of a Beef Stir Fry you might make Tofu Stir Fry).
