Is it ok to take just once a day

I understand that the most healthy way to eat is 3 meals a day but many times I just dont have time. I end up eating 1 meal (dinner) per day. so in turn I only take 1 pill per day. Will it still be effective in the long run ?

I pretty much got my own answer. Just had the first effects of Alli. It wasnt bad. Just grease and stuff that was pretty gross. I need to be more careful what goes in my body. cause what I saw I definatly dont want being absorbed into my system in any amount.

    Hi M545541,

You do need to pay attention to how much fat you consume whenever you take alli. It will only work on the meal that you take it with. The goal is to reach the amount of fat that was recommended when you signed up. This is usually less than 18 grams of fat per meal. When you go above this you run the risk of a treatment effect. That won't happen for 24 to 72 hours after consuming that meal. They aren't guaranteed to happen, but it's not worth chancing. If you happened to see some oil when you had a bowel movement that is not a TE. The oil can come out separately or mixed in.

Let me know if you have any other questions,
