We notice there are a lot of questions regarding check-in date.  To help you understand this part of the program we wanted to further explain this process.

Before you have your first check-in you will complete the alli 1-2-3 Start Plan. This is a 10 day program to introduce to you myalliplan and alli. On the 10th day you will be able to complete your first weigh in.

When the 10 day program is complete, your check-in will be active. 

So, you will not see an option to Check- In after one week of registering for the program, but will see after the 10 day 1-2-3 Start Plan program is finished and you begin to move forward.  

Remember: you can confirm and edit your check in dates by going to your account page on  myalli.com and review the date in myalliplan details section.
