    when to expect weight loss

    I am on my 7th day and should I see result in weight loss?  When will I see decrease in pounds. I am still at the same weight and I do follow my fat intake and calories.  Am I doing something wrong ? Should I see at least 1 pd a week.  Please answer..  Thank you.
