Congradulations! That's great!
How many times do you exercise in a week? Since at my college, and I assume most colleges, a gym membership is free, I was going to try some different aerobics classes like yoga, spinning, etc. I already know I love yoga, it's very relaxing; spinning on the other hand is super hard core.lol. I'm kinda nervous since alot of people in the class are already in shape. So, I guess my problem is the embarrassment...silly, I know. I'm trying to get some friends to go with me, if not, I'll still go. I'm trying to have an optimistic outlook on the experience, the one that says "I'm doing this for myself so, who cares." :D
