Walking or hiking?

    Walking or hiking?

    Hello!

    I live on a fairly steep hill, and I walk up and down it once or twice daily...  Takes me about 20 minutes each time.  This is definately more work than walking on a flat surface, it always leaves my heart racing, shorty of breath and makes my calves burn.

    So, what should I catagorize this as in the cardio log, walking or hiking?

     Hi Chris,

    I would definitely log it as hiking.  If the hill is steep it is simulating the terrain of what most would encounter during a hike.
