    Re: medications

As stated previously there are no known interactions between alli and the medications: pristiq, lyrica, remeron and lortab.

There are no interactions also with nexium, lomotil and baclofen.  They can all be safely taken with alli.

While some medications can cause weight gain, this side effect can be handled with close monitoring.

Alli works by blocking dietary fat. Your caloric and fat intake are key here, and by following a healthy and well balanced meal plan yo should be able to lose weight. The greater challenge will be to incorporate physical activity into the plan. You should consult with your physician prior to starting any exercise program.

    Re: medications

While it may take as long as 2 weeks to see results, most people will begin to lose a bit sooner. What is your BMI? How much weight do you have to lose? What have you been eating? How many calories per day? What about exercise? With these answers, we will be able to help better. Lsoing weight requires eating less and/or moving more. alli will help, but the meal plan and exercise is what is of utmost importance. Also, if you are not significantly overweight, you may lose slower than others who have a lot to lose. Send me some more details and I will do my best to help!
