Yes, you can alcohol on the alli Program. Take a look at page 27 of the Calorie and Fat Counter included in the Starter Kit for a list of some common alcoholic beverages.
If you're a wine drinker, I'd recommend that you pour 4 ounces of any liquid into your wine glass at home and see what it "looks" like. That way you'll be able to judge how much your getting and control your intake, and record the right number of calories in your Nutrition Log.
I'd suggest that you appropriate a certain number of calories to alcohol, and then choose beverages you like in that calorie range.
Like everything else with alli we recommend moderation with alcohol comsumption.
