Hi, I was wondering, is it safe to take Alli while on birth control pills?  Does Alli effect the absorption of the bc pills into my body?  We are not in a position to have a baby, although itd be welcomed & loved, itd be better for us to wait til later =)  Thanks...

 Clinical studies have shown that orlistat, the active ingredient in alli, has no effect on the reproductive hormones or birth control pills.

There is no interaction or interference with absorption, so you can continue to take your bc pills as you have in the past.
