    Very Frustrating! Nothing can be changed in the meal plans!

    No exchanges.

    No Deleting.

    I am trying to delete things I didn't have during the past couple of days or exchange other. Nothing. I get site errors.

    I've tried with different browsers, cleared history, cleared cache, log off, back on.

    Nothing!

    Help - I'm having the same problem! It only happened as of today (Oct 12) - yesterday was working fine.

    (Is this for everyone, or is it only certain profiles...?)

    I am having problems both yesterday and still today.  I can delete items now, but, I can't add in food items from my list of favorites.  Therefore, I haven't been able to use the site to track my calories or plan my meals yesterday or today.  The problem has not been fixed as far as I can tell or maybe it was briefly fixed but isn't working again now???

    Hi,

    I am still getting the error in my Mozilla Firefox browser.  I just posted the details in another thread in this forum.  I tried my other browser, Internet Explorer, and, I'm able to add items using that browser.  I don't know why Mozilla is all of a sudden not working the same, though.  I've been using only Mozilla Firefox for the past three months with the myalli website tools.  I would prefer to be able to keep using Mozilla Firefox because it's the browser I use for all my other internet activity.

    Dear Very frustrating.. i have lost 40 pounds with Alli and eating Lean cuisines and Healthy choice meals.. the calories are clearly stated on the box.. and the glory of it is you can have at least 5 of them a day to get you through the hungries at first.. then cut down to 3 or 4 per day... worked for me, i hate to cook for just myself anymore.. good luck it can be done.
