    I am on prempro and since starting alli my hot flashes have returned a few times. Can alli effect how my hormones work?

    Hello. There are no significant interactions reported between alli and Prempro. It should not affect the way your Prempro works. If you continue to notice changes in your symptoms, you should talk to your doctor.
