     Please stop having her talk every time a person checks in.  I turn my volume off while I am registering in.

    Hi,

    This is how the feature has been created.  If you mute or pause you can prevent video from playing.  Also, if you disable flash in your web browser the video will not display, but this affects how flash is displayed when you view other websites also.
