That depends on the individual recipe, and the portion size. It would also depend on whether LF or regular cheese is used.
If you're looking for a recipe, I'd recommend that you Google "low fat chili recipes" and see what you get. Most, if not all, will include the nutrition information, and then you can see how it fits your alli level.
