    question

    i work in a meat shop where we get wild game like elk, deer, analope, and beer during hunting seasion. we also process domistics too, and imy boss gives my family some of the meats. my question is what meats are ok out of the wild game, and if i were to eat beef weather ground what % is good?

     Sure you can have wild game.  They're often lower in calories, fat and cholesterol!  I recommend that you check www.calorieking.com for the numbers on the game you're likely to eat.  Then you can decide how much to have.
