What is your biggest obstacle/challenge for not losing weight?
For me, I can find some time to exercise, but I just cannot eat right all the time. It's just too convienent to grab something that is not healthy. Now when I go fast food, I try to eat healthier but it's still hard. If I could find recipes that are low in fat & tasty, I would be in heaven. I'm such a picky eater and I have to cook for the family too.
