    Eating too healthy and eating to unhealthy.

     I just started Alli.  I eat very healthy, extremely healthy six days out of the week and then I'll have a craving.  I will eat unhealthy at least twice, bi-weekly.  The treatment effects help me get back on track immediatly.  I haven't weighed myself, again since I started two weeks ago, but I started at 149.  I'll keep you posted.  My co-worker, who has only known me for one month, said...did you loose weight?!!!!  I'm excited.

     It sounds like you already have healthy eating habits and that is probably more than half the battle.  Are you exercising too?  And don't forget your water!  You're doing great.  Keep up the good work and keep us posted.  When people start to comment on your weight loss that is usually enough motivation to keep us focused.

     I've been taking for Alli for one week with no treatment affects. I make sure that i eat under 15 grams of fat per meal. The most i eat is 11 grams. A couple of people have asked have I lost weight already. In addition to doing Alli I am doing weight watchers. I've been doing that for the past 2 years and have lost 51 pounds. Alli is healping me get those extra stubborn pounds off in addition to weight watchers. I was reading on here that some people are getting constipated. I eat a fiber one yogurt every morning as well as for a snack eat a fiber one bar. That has helped me not to be constipated as well as water!. Try activia along with Alli for that and see if it works.
