Did you register at myalliplan to receive your fat and calorie recommendations? Calories and fat can range between 1200 calories to 1800 calories and between 12 grams of fat to 19 grams of fat per meal, depending on your needs and activity. There are several tools for counting fat grams:
- Use the alli Calorie and Fat Counter provided in your alli starter kit
- Use the nutrition tracker to track your daily food intake - it will provide a daily nutrient analysis
- Use the nutrition label facts located on almost every packaged food or beverage - count the TOTAL FAT ONLY. The saturated fat and trans fats are the break down of your total fat so just count the total fat.
- You may also use another online calorie and fat counter such as www.calorieking.com
