Weighed-in at WW on Saturday morning, 165.8 (gained back 9 of the 12 i'd lost . . . i just got lazy).
Started Alli saturday afternoon. Stayed within my 20 points (ww). Sunday, no problems, saw a few orange bubbles in the bathroom, YAY! I figured it was working.
Monday afternoon, started feeling sick, full, nauseated, got a headache. Couldn't "go" in the bathroom. So, I drank a ton of water. Hours later, no change.
Decided to eat some FAT to get things moving -- and went way over points / fat grams. Tuesday morning, still NOTHING.
Today, i'm feeling pretty bad, so I stopped Alli and am drinking tons of water, eating fresh fruit, and I drank that Diet Tea that makes you poop. I feel horrible! bloated, foggy head.
Is this not gonna work for me?
