Can you have to little of fat grams?

I am on the thin and healthly diet plan and have been for 10 months off and on.  They only allow me 20 fat grams a day and I have a very hard time with that.  I started taking Alli a week ago and have had TE only because I had a bad meal with alot of fat grams. ( I got what I deserved)  I have lost 13 lbs on my diet with thin and heathly, but none this week.  Will the fat grams make a differance in the way Alli works for me?

Yes, the fat grams actually make a big difference with alli.  The main goal of the capsules is to block 25% of the fat in each meal -- so if there's little or no fat there's little or nothing to block.  There's a great post at the top of this list about why calories and fat are so important.

For best results with alli, it's important to have the recommended amount of calories and fat.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you need anything else.
