We have many vegetarians and even vegans following the alli meal plans. The key is to enter your food preferences (such as no meat or no fish, etc.) at the time of registration which is found at myalliplan. This way you will have meal plans without meat.

Also, When you get a minute, take a look at the "alli Cookbook" - it has a chapter with vegetarian meals.
