I assume you have a problem with gluten, so I suggest that the best thing for you to do is to plug in gluten-free items for the wheat items on your current menus. For instance you could have Rice Chex cereal, or rice, or try other grains like spelt and purchase spelt breads and crackers in the health food stores or Whole Foods, etc.
