    Daily Journal

I saw that the refill pills come with another calorie food counter.  I just thought that was silly because I already have one of those from the starter kit.  Shouldn't it come with a new daily journal?  Where can you get more daily journals since writing it down is so important, and even though I bought a 30 day supply of Alli with my starter kit, I only got a 2 week daily journal?  Thanks.

School kids spiral bound notebooks work for me.  Those teensie little journals don't give me near enough room to write down everything.

Know what's fun?  Compare what you used to eat against what you eat now.  Wowee ... can be a shocker!

My favorite snack before Alli added up to a whopping 700 calories and 58 fat grams.  OMG!

I have a question.  Where is the online journal and where do you monitor the weight loss and get the patches?

    Re: Daily Journal

There is a "nutrition log" where you enter what you eat - really neat!  When you log in, scroll down and it will be in a box under my meal plan.  You can follow the meal plan that is set up for you or you can delete those items and enter your own items - this will keep up with all of your nutritional intake.  Pay special attention to the calories and fat counts.

You will need to edit your profile it does not appear that you have entered your starting weight and goal weight.  You need to also enter the day of the week that you will "checkin" to post your current weight each week.  You will be prompted to "checkin" when appropriate.  Just follow the prompts - I believe the checkin is now on the bottom left side of the screen when you first log in.

Hope this is helpful and good luck!
