Those symptoms may be solved by reducing your fat intake by a few grams. I will recommend tracking your calories and fat intake, which you can do by using the nutrition logs found at myalliplan.com just to make sure you are not missing any fat grams. Also, try to only consume 1 to 2 teaspoons of liquid fats such as oils, dressings, etc. They may provide treatment effects even when you stay within your recommendations.
