Hi,

I have been on the alli program now for a week and can't find where to put it my lost weight info.  When I go to the weight check in page, I get "no information entered."  So, I need to know where to go from there.  Also, I have entered meals with info througout the week, but am showing "no info" put in on the amount of fat/calories.  Does the system do this automatically or do we need to enter? 

I'm a little disappointed with having to enter all Nutrional Facts for specific cereals and other foods.  Am I missing out on a short cut to some of this.

I'm sorry if I sound frustrated.  I have 60 lbs. to lose and am feeling a little overwhelmed.  Kids, not much time on hands, etc.

Thanks for your post.  I would encourage you to try to post this message to the "most frequently asked questions" forum, and/or to call the number that is listed there.  Also make sure that you are clicking on the "log" button at the bottom of each forum when you enter your info.

 Once you have signed in click on "my check-in".  It should be on the left sign of the screen.

 The check in tag is not working on the home page. No way to enter weight. I am new to Alli and would like to use all the support systems but cannot because this is not working properly.

Help please contact the tech support guys.

 You can not check in until your 1 wk. date. Once you sign in it will be on the right side of your screen. Alli also sends and email on the day of your checkin reminding you that you can click on and it takes you to your checkin screen.

 I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM TRYING TO PUT WJERE MY LOST WEIGHT GOES. THE SYSTEM TELLS ME THE SAME AS YOU, HOW CAN WE ENTER IT WHEN WE DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO..LOL

The above posts are correct. You will not enter any information into the "my progress" area where your charts are. These charts are generated after you complete your check-ins. Your first check-in will not be for a week after the Capsule Start Date you selected during your registration. On your check-in date, there will be a "Check In Now" button under the "my goals" box on your myalliplan home page. You will also receive an email reminding you to check in.

Until then, you do not enter your weight loss. If you want to keep track of your weight daily or more than once during your check-in, you can do this in the online journal that is provided with myalliplan.

I am new here also. I started alli a week ago and was excited to get my first weigh in started. I had the same problem though. It wouldn't let me enter it. I wrote an email to the company since we can't call them until tomorrow {Monday}.

Now I am trying to learn how to enter posts into this particular over 50 lb. to lose forum. I am starting by hitting reply to you to let you know you were not alone in your "weigh in" disappointment today. Now then can anyone please direct me how to be able to post here? Thanks so much! I am excited to start sharing my experiences. I have a good 75 lb. to lose to be at my appropriate weight for my 5'11 height & frame.

I would say Good Luck to all but I feel luck is something not in our control. We can be in control of ourselves. So with that explained I will wish everyone "happy positive thinking." We CAN do this! Yeah! 0:-)

I received the email reminder from alli that it was time for my one week check in. I even got the weigh in box but it just does nothing when I click on it. Rats! Nexttttttttt ...

Never thought I'd be so excited to try to weigh in. And it was only 2 lb. but hey, it is my 2 lb. off! LoL 0:-)

 ~PS~ My post is showing that I wrote in 9/21/08 at 9 PM. It was actually 4 PM. Odd? LoL  0:-)
