Any kind of low-impact exercise, such as water aerobics, swimming, stationary biking, yoga, pilates, and even walking, is good. Of course, this depends on your specific condition and you'll have to discern which type of exercises are appropriate for you!
Whatever you do, find what works for you and do your best to get in some form of activity on most days of the week. With the help of alli, a healthy, low-fat diet and exercise, you should see positive results.
