    clumped together...is that ok?

     Hi

I know I'm suppose to take Alli 3 times a day, but couldn't find how often I can take the pills. If I eat my 3 meals every 2-3 hours (I usually stop eating very early in the day) so..can I pop Alli almost one after another or is it unsafe?

The risk of taking 2 capsules together is that it is double the dose and the label clearly indicates this should only be done under the supervision of a doctor.  And...it's doubles the chances of gettting TE's.

Meals should be at least 4 hours apart, and snacks should be limited to 1 to 2 grams of fat.  Otherwise, the body might see it as one meal - especially if someone has a slow digestive tract - and TE's could result.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you need anything else.
