    Pernicious Anemia

    Hi,

I have pernicious anemia, and currently inject cyanocobalomin each month, but I also supplement with oral B12 (5000) every morning. I take elemental iron at night.

Should I switch my oral b12 to the evening too? Or will it still be absorbed. I really need the extra supplementation or I get symptoms.

     Hi,

Alli will not affect the absorption of vitamin b12 since it is water soluble, you do not need to change your supplementation regimen.

    Best of health.
