Hi sassybeauty,
Thanks for writing. I am sorry that you're experiencing pain and are having so much trouble with exercising. I know that it can be very discouraging and cause you to feel desperate.
Because walking is even painful for you, I would encourage you to continue stretching and doing what you can do. Have you tried a yoga or pilates DVD? You could perform these, doing the moves that are appropriate and not painful for you. Another couple of ideas would be to perform water exercises, such as swimming or water aerobics, again just doing what you can do. Stationary biking would also be very low-impact and give you a very good cardio workout. If you have a FitBall, you may could sit on it (engaging the core muscles) and perform some very light dumbbell exercises such as dumbbell curls or leg extensions.
Do your best not to become discouraged as you're going to have to allow some time for your body to recover from your injuries. Don't prolong the healing process by re-injuring yourself or pushing yourself beyond the point of comfort. Take it day to day and continue taking the alli product and eating a healthy low-fat diet.
Keep us posted with your progress and best of luck to you!
Your friend in fitness,
Kelli
